IN HER OWN WORDS: “The key for us (in the playoffs) will be taking everything game by game and realize that we’re as good as we make ourselves. It takes all five people on the court and we just need to feed off each other and share the ball.”

WHAT YOU DIDN”T KNOW: Kayla is also an all-league volleyball player and dabbles in many other sports, but the one you’d be least likely to guess is equestrian riding. She spend two summers training in equestrian while visiting family in Oklahoma. “I loved it,” she said.
