INDIANAPOLIS – USA Synchro on Friday announced it will host the 2015 U.S. National Synchronized Swimming Championships at SODA Aquatic Center in Moraga, Calif., April 1-4, 2015.
The U.S. National Synchronized Swimming Championships are considered to be the most prestigious synchronized swimming event in the nation. Around 30 teams from all over the country, including two international teams, Canada and Puerto Rico, will travel to Moraga to compete. The championship will consist of solo, duet, team and combination events.
The championship will also feature the 2015 U.S. Senior National Team. The U.S. National Team, who is training for the 2015 Pan American Games and the 2015 World Championships, calls SODA Aquatic Center at Campolinda High School its training home.
“We are extremely excited to be bringing this event to the U.S. National Team training center in Moraga,” said Kevin Warner, USA Synchro Executive Director. “This event will showcase the best synchronized swimming in the nation and will give everyone the opportunity to see the our extremely talented U.S. Senior National Team.”
