Rugby NorCal is expanding. Again! This time with the introduction of Rookie Rugby. Executive Director, Mark Carney says to “Invest in your future by playing rugby!”. Rookie Rugby is USA Rugby’s brand of flag rugby,which is safe, non-contact and an easy way to play the game for boys and girls. Rules are simple making the game easy to learn!
Rookie Rugby is not only about learning the sport and skills, but providing an opportunity to learn about leadership, teamwork and gaining a global perspective through uniquely-planned training sessions and fun facts. RNC is in the process of creating many leagues in teh Bay Area, Napa/Sonoma and the Sacramento and Central Valleys.
