Hosted by Pittsburg Football and brought to you by Jesse Sapolu, the July 16th Super Linemen Tournament is Football’s Premier Linemen 1 on 1 Team Tournament.
As the creator and founder of the Super Linemen Tournament & Youth Football League, former San Francisco 49er and 4x Super Bowl Champion Offensive Linemen, Jesse Sapolu, recognized that the offensive and defensive line positions were the most under-served at the high school and youth levels. With this in mind, he made it a priority to bring high quality technical coaching through off season camps and private training. Furthermore, he designed and developed a linemen one-on-one team scoring system to add competition and sportsmanship while allowing young linemen to test their new found technique and skills in a fun and safe environment.
Format brings 10 linemen from each team to compete, 5 OL / 5 DL. Eac hpostion will get two 1-on-1 reps per half, for at total of four per match.
Judges wil laward either 2 points offense, 3 points points for defense or 1 point each. Players can play both OL and DL.
