Angel Jackson, Salesian Basketball’s 6-foot-5 inch USC-bound post is off to a great start.
Jackson’s Pride team ranked among the top five teams in NorCal.
Jackson is averaging 19.5 points and 11.5 rebounds through Salesian’s first four games.
Her biggest scoring night came on Dec. 11 when she dropped 30 points along with eight rebounds in a 50-48 loss to fellow NorCal-power Carondelet of Concord. It was Salesian’s first loss of the season.
The Pride will take a 3-1 record to Phoenix for the Nike Tournament of Champions on Dec. 19-22.
They will then return home and take part in the elite Platinum Division of the West Coast Jamboree.
