National Wrestling Legend Lee Kemp at the 51st Annual Norcal TOC for Fan Meet and Greet Top Youth Wrestlers at Del Oro
Nearly 600 middle school-aged wrestlers are expected to compete at the 51st Annual Northern California Tournament of Champions (Norcal TOC) at Del Oro High School in Loomis. And they’ll get a treat. Wrestling legend Lee Kemp will be on hand to cheer them on.
Placer Valley Tourism is thrilled to be partnering with Georgetown Wrestling Club again to bring this long-standing and exciting event back to Placer Valley on Saturday, March 2.
Norcal TOC Tournament Director Rod Hedlund said that due to the large number of wrestlers competing, they will utilize both gyms at Del Oro. Matches will run on 11 mats all day.
Wrestlers will travel from as far south as Bakersfield and as far north as the Oregon border. The TOC is reveared as the premier middle school wrestling event in the state.

Hedlund added, “The 50th annual last year was a great event and we look forward to 2019 being the start of the next half century of the Northern California Tournament of Champions!”
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and wrestling will start at 8:45 a.m. Del Oro is located at 3301 Taylor Rd., Loomis. Come and see who will be crowned champion!
