Our Hosts Look Back On 2022, Hand Out Some 7 Friday Night Awards, And Welcome Dominic DiMare Of Back-To-Back CIF Champion San Marin
Finally rested from their weekend of five games, two pods and one flight delay, hosts Chace Bryson and Ben Enos endeavor to revisit CIF Bowls weekend one last time while also taking a sweeping glance back at the entire 2022 season.
As part of their final look back at state championship weekend, the hosts welcome San Marin-Novato coach Dominic DiMare. The Mustangs defeated Granada Hills 32-8 on Saturday to claim a second straight CIF State Bowl title (5-AA in 2021 and 4-A this year). DiMare shares his favorite part of the this year’s bowl win, what made this team tick, and what the program’s bright future may hold.

Chace and Ben then look back at their season on the sidelines and hand out awards for some of the best performances they saw in person in 2022. And finally, Coach Terry Eidson makes his last drop-in of the season for a look back on De La Salle’s roller-coaster year and a final installment of “Dumb Football.” Chace and Ben also get Coach to weigh in on his favorite Christmas song.
7 Friday Night will wrap up its 2022 season with a Bloopers/Outtakes episode over the last week of December, and our season finale highlighting SportStars Magazine’s All-NorCal team releasing sometime in early-to-mid January.
