Have your student join O'Dowd's Head Strength Coach Jay Beito in developing their athletic potential!

Coach Beito's method will guide your student in measurably improving alls aspects of their conditioning. They will also identify and correct movement patterns limiting your performance, and learn methods to protect your body from overuse, and fatigue related injuries.This program is designed for the high school student (incoming 10th-12th) and/or advanced athlete (9th) with a solid foundation for maximizing their strength, speed, and power. Student-athletes are encouraged to wear athletic clothes and shoes.
