CIF Southern Section releases statement on upcoming July 20 decision for high school sports

The CIF Southern Section posted a release on its website Thursday directed to principals and athletic directors from commissioner Rob Wigod.
Wigod addressed the upcoming decision on July 20 in which the Southern Section will make an announcement on how to proceed for not just the fall, but the 2020-21 sports season, which is in limbo because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Here is what Wigod offered in his statement:
