Headfirst Baseball is the industry leader in player development. The proven Headfirst system is structured with a style of play that is respected at all levels in the baseball world. Brothers Michael and Marioo Iglesias have worked with thousands of players and have played, coached and scounted at the highest levels. Headfirst grooms players from a young age to prepare for each step of their baseball journey!

Dive into our academy now. Cost is only $20 per tryout session. Players must attend at least one tryout, but may attend more.

Headfirst is also excited to announce that eight alumni were selected in the 2015 MLB Draft! Especially given that this year there were not as many players selected from Nor Cal as in past years, we are very proud to have six pof the eight alumni drafted.

Projected 1st round selection, Justin Hooper, announced that we would be attending UCLA and that he was not going to sign a professional contract the day before the draft. Andre Davis, from Castro Valley, attended Redwood Christian H.S., Chabot College, and then the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff.
