Congratulations to United who participated in the recent National Cup XII West Regionals held June 15-18 in Davis, CA. The United boys displayed tremendous heart in winning the hard fought final vs. Davis Legacy 97 in PK’s after 2 OT’s under the hot sun, and in doing so returning as Champions in the U16 Premier bracket.
On their road to the final, these inspired boys defeated Cap FC United 97 (2-0), lost to Marin FC Red (0-1) and routed COSC 96 (2-1) in a highly intense match.
With this victorious accomplishment, United earned a spot to represent Heritage SC in the National Cup XII Finals which will be held in Aurora, Colorado during July 18-21, 2013. United will compete against the titlists from the other regions around the nation.
