Need To Boost Your Confidence In Sports?

I know exactly how an athlete feels when a coach says, “you need more confidence if you want to be a better player.” That’s why I want to address how to boost your confidence in sports today.

Working with hundreds of athletes who have come to me with “lack of confidence” or “inconsistent confidence” in their sport, I have to ask, “How is someone supposed to overcome that?”

Is low self confidence something that can be “fixed”?

“My son is now a starting inside linebacker on his football team and after watching your video on affirmations, he learned some important lessons. And decided to put them into action!

He told himself yesterday that he was going to force a fumble in his scrimmage last night.

Sure enough, last night he had six tackles and a forced fumble!
