SportStars 8th Annual All-City Team Awards With The Sacramento River Cats
San Francisco Giants Triple-A affiliate River Cats partner with SportStars each May to honor 500 of the metro area’s best and brightest student-athletes.
The All-City Awards boys and girls high school athletes as well as Players-of-the-Year for each sport and a male (Art Savage Award) and female (“V” Award) athlete of the year. Athletes are honored and celebrated in a grand pre-game ceremony by the River Cats management and SportStars staff.
Official SportsJam Event Producer to Western Senior Region All Star Tournament
California District 5 is joined by four other Northern California Districts (6,7,11 and 54) to host the Annual Western Senior Regional All Star tournament in Sacramento. The tournament represents Sr-Level (13-16) teams who have earned their place in the Western AllStar games. SportStars produces its patented SportsJam for all to come test their skills and ability!

The NCVA offers a variety of opportunities for every athlete, no matter age or background, to play volleyball. Within the structure of USAV, the NCVA has grown significantly over the last 32 years into the 4th largest region, nationwide. The dream of the NCVA was to build a region that would support a large contingent of players. Based on a league system, the ultimate goal was to challenge players to the rise to the top of the USAV Junior National Championship system, the NCVA Power League was born. In 2016, SportStars partnered with NCVA to grow and expand upon the traction NCVA has made as an official mouthpiece to the athletic community throughout California. The magazines present player rankings, pre- and post-season reviews and a regular content covering the sport of volleyball.
