Welcome To the Lady Eagle Invite. Del Oro High School will be running a girls tournament in conjunction with the Boys JV Tournament.  Because of our large wrestling oriented facility we will be able to run a girls tournament in a separate gym from the boy’s tournament.  Which means you do not have to split coaching staff and the tournament will still get done early. As always the tournament offers some perks that make the Lady Eagle Invite the can’t miss tournament of the season.  For example in addition to the free coaches lunch, medals for top three placers, efficiently run tourney and a early finish time we are awarding the champion wrestler of every weight class a customized duffle bag.  And if that was not enough the entry fee is only $15 dollars per girl wrestler.  If you can bring a full team (14 wrestlers) there is a discounted cost of only $200. Since Del Oro would love to see women’s wrestling grow, if a team brings more than 14 girls the cost will still only be $200.  Also the coaches that brings the three biggest squads of girl wrestlers will earn Jamba Juice gift cards.   Last year the tournament boasted several CIF State placers and this year looks even better.  This is the last chance to wrestle before the masters meet make sure your wrestlers enter the postseason with a full head of steam.

Nor Cal Novice Championship: Since there are many girls that will not be able to compete in the post season.  The Lady Eagle invite is hoping to add a Novice divisional championships.  If there are enough girls in a weight class that are not going to participate in the post season we will be running novice brackets.  Those girls that win a novice bracket will also when a duffle bag.
