NCVA Closes Season With Power League Region Champions and Sunset Cup

All good things must come to an end—and this volleyball season is no exception. It has truly been one for the books. After a successful month of April, during which more than 1,800 teams competed across three weekends, the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA) announced its season-ending events.
Last month, the NCVA hosted the 2026 NCVA/No Dinx Far Western National Qualifier, where more than 50 bids to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships were awarded.
Following that premier junior volleyball event are two major events scheduled for the month of May.
First up is the Power League Region Championships, which serves as the conclusion of the Girls Junior Club season.
More than 700 teams are expected to compete for final standings as athletes continue their pursuit of qualifying for the national championships.
The two weekends of championship volleyball kicked off May 2–3 with the 16s and 17s divisions. Next up are this weekend’s 11s through 15s divisions, which will compete May 9–10.
Roseville, on Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25. All divisions will compete on all three days. While wave and seeding are not yet available, divisions include the following:
