Olympic Diving Trials 2024 : The Must-See Swimming Events

The Olympic Trials events began on Saturday, June 15 as top athletes work for their spot on Team USA for the Summer Olympic Games in Paris.

This included many swimming events including men’s and women’s qualifying heats and finals in the 200m, 400m, and free swim.

Monday kicked off the 2024 U.S. Olympic Diving Trials held at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center in Knoxville, TN.

On Monday, women’s synchronized 3-meter springboard saw a win for Kassidy Cook and Sarah Bacon. The duo ended the finals with 70.20 points on their last dive, a front 2 1/2 somersault with one twist in the must-see event, as they landed their Olympic spot. The women beat Alison Gibson and Krystal Palmer in the event to become the first divers to qualify.

Tuesday, June 18 is a big day for the Diving Trials. It features Preliminaries and Finals for the Men’s Synchronized 3m and Women’s synchronized 10m.

Sunday, June 23 wraps up the swimming Olympic Trials with the Men’s 3m and the Women’s 10m Final.
