Our selections for NorCal’s Top 15 boys and girls hoopers of the 2013-14 season.

  Narrowing all of NorCal’s basketball talent into three teams of five for both boys and girls was NOT easy. Our writers and editors toiled over selections and there’s a lonnnnng list of very good players who we considered but just missed the cut. In the end, we feel confident with these choices.
