NorCal Football Talk Helps The 7 Friday Night Hosts Ease Their 49ers Pain As Pittsburg Coach Victor Galli Visits To Talk Pirates Vs. Folsom This Week •

Depressed by the play of the 49ers on the NFL’s opening weekend, 7 Friday Night hosts Chace Bryson and Ben Enos turn to some high school football chatter to soothe their Sunday evening torment.

After Ben and Chace revisit some of the highlights from their Week 3 games, the real healing begins as they are joined by Pittsburg High coach Victor Galli to talk about the No. 4-ranked Pirates’ big game this week against No. 3 Folsom. However, to make things even spicier, the hosts asked Coach Terry Eidson to make his weekly appearance at the same time. Longtime friends, and current fantasy football partners, Galli and Eidson each tell some stories about one another — and football eventually gets discussed as well.

Coach Galli shares his thoughts on his 3-0 Pittsburg team and talks about the big matchup with Folsom. The hosts also pick the brains of both coaches on ways in which they attempt to avoid let-down games. (Which is something Galli’s Pirates did in the previous week and Coach Eidson’s De La Salle teams had plenty of experience with).

Also, Bonus: Ben shares some audio of Acalanes coach Floyd Burnsed talking about a former player of his at Miramonte High in Orinda: Ken Dorsey — the new play caller for the Buffalo Bills

7 Friday Night will be publishing new episodes every Tuesday and Thursday during the regular season.
