Hey guys, did you know athletes with the higest risk of ACL injury are Soccer, Basketball, Football players and skiers. Truth. But UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital and Kasier Permanente are giving you a chance to talk to sports medicine pro’s and elite players to learn how to improve your athletic performance while reducing your risk of knee injury. They’re promising you will also be treated to excellent info like how best to fuel and hydrate for peak performance while giving you an opportunity to test your athletic abilities and win prizes!
