Trent Tompkins from Central High School who passed for 5000 yards, ran for 1000 , led his team to the second straight D1 section championship and accounted for over 66 TD’s didnt make the cut?

He absolutely would have if we included Central Section schools. While the CIF has begun including Central Section schools as part of the NorCal playoff structure, we still consider NorCal as everything above the Central Section. Tompkins had a phenomenal season though – no question.

Bralyn Lux King’s Academy Sunnyvale, definitely should be on this list. Smaller school but this young man is lightning in a bottle. Extremely shifty, quick, fast and explosive with good size. Way under the radar! Great team player and work ethic! Help carry King’s to their first football title ever.
