I have combined scientific knowledge with my 25 plus years of experience as a Professional athlete, Professional Coach, and as a Fitness Professional in developing my Athletic Improvement Programs. I have worked with and developed some of the Strongest, Fastest most Well-Conditioned athletes in 25 plus sports from Youth, Amateur, National, Olympic and Professional from Canada to the US.
