They will also identify and correct movement patterns limiting their performance, and learn methods to protect their body from overuse, and fatigue related injuries.
This program is designed to provide the middle school students (incoming sixth -eighth grade) with a solid foundation for developing strength, speed, and power. Enrollment is limited in order to maximize class instruction. Student-athletes are encouraged to wear athletic clothes and shoes.
