Bay Area Volleyball Club (BAVC) is a community-based volleyball organization which provides a place for players of all ages and levels to develop their volleyball skills. Our primary goal is to build character and develop sportsmanship among players all while putting competitive teams on the court. Info: tracyfeldmann@gmail.com

Our intent is to provide a fun, safe learning environment for young people interested in volleyball and inspire them to enjoy this great game while they learn valuable social skills such as patience, courtesy, honesty and fairness. 

We do this by focusing on our core values that promote character development and life enhancing values through the game of volleyball:

Responsibility

Additionally, BAVC offers personalized 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 lessons and skills clinics designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced players focusing on individual skills as well as teamwork. Parents are welcome and even encouraged to attend all clinics and practices.

BAVC runs clinics and workshops year round which focus on player development in the fundamental skills of volleyball. Players are grouped by age and experience level. BAVC also runs one of the largest sand volleyball programs in the East Bay during the summer months. Saturday afternoon skills development workshops at the BAVC facility in Concord. Richard Feldmann, Club Director / Coach
As Club Director, Rich works hard to take a personal interest in the development of every player in the club. In addition to running the club and coaching one of our teams, he spends much of spare time doing individual and small group private lessons. His athletic playing and coaching experience includes:
Coached BAVC boys and girls club teams including 18s (boys and girls), 16s (boys and girls), 15s (girls), and 13s (girls)

Rich brings a broad perspective on youth athletics as a club director, coach, high school and college athlete, and a father of a high school and college athlete.

Tracy Feldmann, Club Director
Club Director, Tracy Feldmann, has been involved in Youth Sports for over 15 years. The ultimate "Team Mom", Tracy has helped out coaches and leagues with organization, fund raising, event planning, and more. Her excellent organization skills and communication style are the key to the smooth running of BAVC. She is known as Momma T to BAVC Players.
