Bishop O’Dowd Football Camps!*
Join O'Dowd's freshman football coaches for football. This is a mixed level class that will focus on learning proper warm up drills and technique, as well as practice ladder and bag drills. There will also be an introduction to the tackling component, however, this class will be "touch only" and no actual tackling will take place.
Student-athletes will apply their learned skills in seven on seven scrimmage play. This class will place an emphasis on the basics and learning the game of football while having fun. No experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to wear football or baseball cleats and athletic clothes.
