Bring signed waiver to clinic. One form per participant. Forms will be kept on file for all 2018 Sunday clinics.

9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28
Plan accordingly…clinics will begin at the designated time. There will not be an organized warm up.
*Season information meeting at 5:30pm on 9/30 & 10/28. Meeting is informal and includes a handout to help guide families with 2019 club season.
