Summer is heating up with this fiery deal for youth athletes. CorePower Yoga is offering a free yoga class pass to teens aged 16 to 19 from now until September 1.

In its mission to make mindfulness, stretching, and deep breathing more accessible for young athletes, this is the third year of the company’s Teen Pass program.

The yoga studio brand is offering this free teen yoga class pass for unlimited sessions both in-studio and online.

Teens starting at age 16 must fill out a waiver for the pass that includes their birthday and parent information. Athletes looking to attend a yoga class in person must first redeem the Teen Pass online, then practice studio sessions with All Access adult members. Teens must attend class with a parent or legal guardian present.

What Is the Teen Pass?

The CorePower Teen Pass gives teens aged 16 to 19 a free All Access Membership, which includes:

  • Unlimited studio classes at any CorePower Yoga location
  • Unlimited livestream and on-demand classes via the CorePower app
  • Access to a wide variety of yoga formats, including C2 (power yoga), Yoga Sculpt (weights + cardio), and restorative options like Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath classes

Why Teen Athletes Should Practice Yoga?

Yoga can be a powerful outlet for stress relief and self-regulation. It is a great active recovery workout, increasing flexibility and lengthening muscles.

More Summer Wellness Perks

Summer is the perfect time for CorePower Yoga’s outdoor events and special-themed classes.

Outdoor classes are available across its multiple studio locations in San Diego, South Bay, and East Bay in California, as well as six brick-and-mortar studios in Arizona, and many in Colorado.

Those who prefer virtual classes can look out for the summer livestream Friday wind down series called Yoga Nidra, Saturday morning Chakra Flow, or Sunday event Sound Bath.

August also marks the start of CorePower’s Summer Challenge. Members can track progress in the app, earn a collectible badge, and be entered to win prizes from Lululemon.

CorePower Yoga’s Teen Pass offers a free, empowering way for young people to move, breathe, and grow. Whether an athlete is brand new to yoga or already developing a regular practice, this summer pass could be the perfect way to practice more stretching and breathing as we lead into fall sports.
