ACL Prevention Training: Strengthen your game and protect yourself. Offered every Wednesday from 2:00pm-3:15pm, Register Now! Serious ACL injuries are sidelining female athletes 4-8 times more often than men. The majority of these injuries are non contact related. Although there is no absolute prevention for these types of injuries there's finally something you can do to help reduce the risk of sustaining a serious sports related ACL injury. This 7 week summer program is proven to decrease ACL injuries in female athletes of all ages. Barclay Spring teaches a specialized progression of running, jumping and plyometric drills that will reduce the risk of serious knee, ankle and hip injuries. This approach provides a comprehensive look at correct running form and proper technique with cutting, pivoting, and decelerating.

This 75 minute Summer program will meet at Branson School on Wednesdays @ 2:00pm-3:15pm
