The weights and strength equipment are designed for adults. Learn how to adjust them for a teen’s changing size and strength.
Teen Certificate holders can use the Fitness Center, unattended:
3 pm – closing, Monday – Friday
11am – closing, Saturday, Sunday, summer, & holidays
The Program consists of 2 sessions (55 min. each) instructed by a Certified Personal Trainer.
