This 7 week summer program is proven to decrease ACL injuries in female athletes of all ages. Barclay Spring teaches a specialized progression of running, jumping and plyometric drills that will reduce the risk of serious knee, ankle and hip injuries. This approach provides a comprehensive look at correct running form and proper technique with cutting, pivoting, and decelerating.
This 75 minute Summer program will meet at Branson School on Wednesdays @ 2:00pm-3:15pm
