USA Synchro has announced the athletes named to the 2019 U.S. Junior National Synchronized Swimming Squad and it’s Cali Heavy!

Swimmers were selected after three sets of trials this past weekend. They will represent the U.S. at the 2019 UANA Pan American Artistic Swimming Championships in Windsor, Ontario, Canada (Aug. 19-24).

They will then be invited to full-time training at the National Training Center in September to prepare for the 2020 Junior World Championships.

About the UANA Pan American Event.

The UANA (Union Americana de Natación) Pan American Artistic Swimming Championships, an event presented every summer in a different country, will be held August 19-24, 2019 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

The venue will be the Windsor International Aquatic & Training Centre (WIATC).

The last Canadian edition of this event was held in Calgary, in 2015, and now that it has gone around the Americas’, it is returning north for its 12th edition.

In 2018, the competition took place in Riverside, Ca and welcomed more than 180 athletes from over 11 countries including Canada, the United States and many Central and South American countries.

The 2019 event hopes to draw 200 of the best artistic swimmers in the Americas.
