ROCK aims to promote the positive development and long-term success of the youth that it serves through a combination of in-school and afterschool learning enrichment, sports and fitness, leadership training and outdoor adventure opportunities. Skill Drills is a sports skill development program for boys and girls in 1st-5th grade. These fun, introductory sports clinics focus on three rotating sports including soccer, basketball and volleyball during the school year. Each Skill Drill series lasts for 6 weeks on consecutive Saturday mornings.
